In the Christian Kingdom there are many faces that populate the fair walkways of God. There are the curious faces; looking for the next exciting thing in God. There are the furious faces; looking for the hidden evils that lie in the lives of the saints. There are the religious faces; presenting perfection outwardly and fearful inwardly that they will one day be found to be imperfect. There are the judgmental faces; they see themselves as the ones to protect the kingdom from unsanctified intruders, while their faces portray the sternness of assumed authority. There are the happy faces; that are solely for show; after all who would listen to them if they were dour. There are the quiet faces; they seem polite and at ease, they seem to be astutely watching, yet deep inside they are really trying to hide from being truly utilized in the work of the Kingdom. There are the faces of worldly wisdom; full of advise from the latest pop trend, pop knowledge, pop culture, pop-up solutions, and mega pop experts. There are the faces of the protectors of the people; seeking to place their face squarely between the face of the saint and the face of God whenever something occurs which they cannot fully grasp or explain or see penned in blood red on the pages of the ancient and holy script. There are the faces of the educated doubters; who always appear to help the novice saint or the excited saint or the zealous saint into the peacefulness of mental reserve and caution. There are the faces of the clique and club; they all agree that unless you are like them then you are not really the face of Christ at all. There are the faces of the deeply troubled; seeking a face of comfort everywhere and in everyone except in the face of the one who truly can help them; Jesus. There are the faces of the unaware elite; they shine with the brightness of the moon, yet turn darken when the saints least expect it. There are the faces of the wolves hidden behind the face of the sheep; they seek to assist the saint away from the Door, away from the Spirit, away from the Presence, away from the Called Out Ones, away from the Power of God – that they might be eaten.
Yes there are many faces, but lest we despair…
There are also the faces of the hungry, thirsty, the willing, the wanting, the believing, the seeking, the searching, the petitioning, the warring, the interceding, the confessing, the watching, the ones faithing, the hoping the loving, the advancing, the armored, the submitted, the obedient, the growing, the glowing, the showing, the knowing, the singing, the ones manifesting gifting, the ones releasing, the ones binding, the ones demanding until God is fully supplying. There are the faces of those who are SPIRITUAL, who are HEAVENLY, who are LIFE, who are ANOINTED. There are the faces of those who have PUT ON CHRIST, and those who will fully MANIFEST CHRIST! Everyone wears a face. Check the MIRROR OF LIBERTY; make sure you face is RIGHT. If you don’t like the face you see it is a really easy fix for the FACE OF GOD.
